THE CHALLENGE

She wanted to scale, but didn’t know where to start. Most of her products were low-priced, and she was focused on creating as many products as possible. 

THE ACTION PLAN

We worked together to get clarity about her brand, and as she shared about her passion for project-based learning, I helped her make decisions about how to build her brand around that passion. 

Our strategy work together helped her feel more confident and led her to rebrand the main parts of her business to better reflect her values and her goal for bringing more project-based learning to upper elementary classrooms. The clarity she gained also helped her show up on social media more easily, because she finally knew exactly what to talk about.
